About Peanuts :

We harvest peanut from farmland, first will pick peanuts. Then can make peanut snacks.

In my hometown, we buy roasted peanuts very often, especially in our new year time, friends and relatives come to our home, peanuts and sunflower seeds is a must. We sit together, eat peanuts, sunflower seeds, and candy, talk and laugh.  

But in supermarket, peanut supplier will process many different peanut snacks. Like remove the shell, get peanut kernel with red skin, or remove the red skin, flour coated peanut snacks, peanut butter, biscuits with peanut slices, fried peanuts, salty peanuts, bread with peanut particles, peanut flour, ice cream with peanut strips, chocolate coated peanut snacks, etc. 

Peanut butter making machine, peanut slicer, or peanut slivering machine, peanut fryer, this is easy to understand. For it is peanut slicer, then the output is slices. But for some machines, customer confused, like they want to peel the red skin. But peanut peeling machine, or some customer call it peanut blanching machine, has two kinds, dry type peanut peeling machine, and wet type peanut peeling machine. This need according to your final products to decide which one is right for you.

Like dry type peanut peeling machine, usually the peanuts is roasted, so after peeling the red skin, you can pack in the bags to sell, or make peanut particles, peanut powder, or peanut butter. However, wet type peanut peeling machine, the peanuts need first soak in water, then can use the machine peel the red skin, next you can fry peanuts. Also dry type peanut peeling machine with half kernel and whole kernel two kinds, if you make peanut butter, half kernel will be better.

Another example : peanut coating machine, you will coat flour or chocolate, or just add salt, sugar? Chocolate peanut coating machine can coat flour, but flour peanut coating machine can not coat chocolate. 

So some times, need supplier to help choose the right machine, and we are glad to do. 

Peanut with good nutrition, if cook in porridge, will be much more better for our health. I remembered that one day I saw my neighbor cook the peanut in water, then dry under the sun. I tried some, and felt good. 

Although peanuts good, we should not eat too much, for it is with a high-fat.
