Our 15T/day corn processing equipment is a simple line to process corn, this line contain elevator, destoner, conveyor, corn peeling machine, corn milling machine into grits and flour, fan can remove the skin, is one automatic processing line, suitable for small or medium factory.

Elevator make the process more convenient, destoner remove the small stones, sands and impurities, so that next processing clean corn, after peeling skin, the fan will blow the skin into a collection bags, then milling machine milling corn into different size grits, and flour. 

Finally product is small size corn grit, medium size corn grit, big size corn grit, and corn flour, can sell in supermarket. 

People can eat corn porrige, in China, many small children eat corn porrige in the morning or dinner, for people thought it is easier for small baby to digestion, and corn is coarse grain, with vitamins, good to our health.
