First handle the fish, cleaning fish, fish meat bone separator so that get fish meat, but usually fish meat deboner just remove big bone, can not remove small bones, next blanching or washing fish meat, if washing then must need dehydrator, some people do not use washing and dehydrator, but use a refiner directly, but if want to make high quality surimi, better add the fish meat washing and dehydrator, refiner mainly remove the fish small bones, nowadays many customer use bowl cutter instead of the refiner, for the bowl cutter can cutting the small bone into paste, hehe, and you can add some seasonings during cutting. Can use surimi to make different products, like fishball, minced fish neat, fish tofu, etc.
