Dumpling is half round, dumpling machine totally different with baozi machine. Dumpling has fried dumpling and steaamed dumpling, like baozi machine have xiao long bao and big bao zi,

For dumpling with different size, the filling weight also different, so will have different mold. 

Steamed stuffed bun machine also same, with different filling, have molds. Customer need to confirm your baozi weight, then we make mold.
